    Delivery depended on many third-party vendors. Code versions were managed by hand, nothing integrated with the existing device-management stack (Intune), and every release was slow, opaque, and hard to audit.

  2. What we did

    Consulting on CI/CD design first, then implementation of a pipeline spanning backend, web app, and mobile — one route into production for every vendor, and one view of what shipped, when, and by whom.
