  1. The challenge

    The BI team held the company's proprietary loan-pricing formula in Python — but had no CI/CD skillset, and worked in isolation from the infrastructure and fintech teams. Every model change was a negotiation.

  2. What we did

    Consulting on the formula's Python codebase, a CI/CD pipeline built around it, knowledge transfer so the BI team could run it themselves, and an API connecting the model to the front-end and internal systems.

  3. The result

    The BI team now ships its own model changes through the pipeline — no longer dependent on, or blocked by, other teams.
