  1. The challenge

    InsurTech was reshaping the market, and the company needed a virtual onboarding platform with a modern, mobile-first experience — on infrastructure it didn't yet have, coordinated across multiple third parties.

  2. What we did

    Kubernetes architecture design first, then implementation: the K8s cluster, the CI/CD pipeline, and a GitHub-based approval flow — built while coordinating the third parties already working on the platform.

  3. The result

    Both development and production environments were live within a month, and code-version checkpoints now govern every handoff between vendors and the client.
